Rather than fully excavate your drains, drain 'inversion' allows a new pipe to be fitted within a damaged pipe - saving time and money.
We clean and de-scale the drain with electro mech machines and high pressure water jets before relining with a high grade uPVC sleeve that is then air inflated. We can also carry out patch repairs where you only have a small damaged section of the pipe.
Pipe lining restoration for:
- This work is carried out by way of a combination of Electro-mech machining and high pressure water jetting to remove any signs of scale and silt deposits and to leave the pipe cleaned and prepared for the relining process.
- The uPVC relining sleeve is then installed in-situ by way of air inflation and then cures over a time period of up to three hours per run. The inflation tube is removed on completion of the curing period and the newly relined section is then cleaned to remove any excess resin solution.
Annual system de-scaling
- We recommend that businesses have annual de-scaling work to clear scale deposits and ensure blockages do not return.
- Following CCTV analysis of the pipe work, deposits are cleaned with electro mechanical chain flail and a high pressure water jetter - a fast and effective process.
