Call achieved official accreditation on 27th October 2004 after having an
external audit. This means the company is run according to British
Standard BS EN ISO.9001 procedures.
To achieve
this
we undergo annual audits to ensure our procedures conform to approved standards.
This includes all aspects of the business from staff training, quotations,
equipment maintenance and customer complaints to Health and Safety and accident
reports.
Safecontractor Accreditation
1st. Call has been accredited under the Safecontractor scheme
since 2nd November 2009. The certificate was presented by
Darren Hughes, the Managing Director of National Brittania, the underwriters of
the scheme.
